10-YEAR CHALLENGE
AMRAP in 2 Minutes:
• 10 Jump Squats
• 10 V-ups
• 10 Burpees
HOME WOD
Got Equipment?
Conditioning
300 Double Unders (Sub options: Line Jumps and more. See video in morning.)
Every 50 Reps:
• 7 Overhead Squats (Sub another squat as needed)
• 14 Step-ups (Weighted, bodyweight, or other options)
