To celebrate, please join in on our weekly challenge. This will be a short AMRAP or funny challenge in addition to our daily workout.
The 10 reps in today’s challenge celebrate 10 years.
Announced on Thursday, to be completed any time Thursday or Friday.

• 10 V-ups
• 10 Burpees
