Can you Deadlift? Put together some sets of 5.

Conditioning
For Time:
100 Shoulder to Overhead

Movement should be constant. Each time you stop or drop, pick your penalty:
- Run 200m
- AbPlank 1 minute
- 15 Burpees
- 25 Air Squats

Choose your own weight and a penalty exercise you haven’t done lately. Try to stick with the same penalty throughout the entire WOD. Members can check the Amplify Community Facebook Group for video details posted in the morning.
