AT-HOME WOD

Conditioning
A)
40-30-20-10 Rep Rounds:
• Air Squats
• Sit-ups
• Mountain Climbers (Touch both knees = 1rep)

Run 400m in between rounds. (3 runs total; optional 4th run at the end.) Want a longer WOD? Run 800m instead.

B)
Tabata (8 rounds, 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off):
• Jumping Lunges
• Burpees
