Cleans! If you have a barbell or dumbbells, put together some sets of 5.
Include a Press or Jerk if you haven’t lately.
Conditioning
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
• 20 Hang Clean and Jerk (DB Single Arm)
• 10 Back Squats (Dumbbell also works)
• 5 Wall Climbs
• 50 Double Unders (DB Jumps)
