Friday, 11/29: 9am, 10am, 4:30pm, & 5:30pm. No other classes.
Saturday-Sunday: Normal class schedule.

AMRAP in 28 Minutes:
• 2019m Row (Split anyway)
• 2019m Run with a MedBall (Run together)
• 19 Burpees
• 19 Wall Ball Shots
• 19 Kettlebell Swings
• 19 MedBall Walking Lunges (Held anyway)
* Each partner completes the 19 reps each for all the movements. One person works at a time except for the run.
