AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
• 12 Russian Kettlebell Swings
• Run 6 Turf Widths
• Broad Jump 3 Turf Widths

* Partners switch every round.

Part 2: Teams of 3
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
• 30 Calorie Row
• 30 Burpees
• 30 Calorie Airdyne
• Rest 1 Minute

* Split reps anyway you choose.


Bootcamp

Partner Workout
With a 12 Minute Time Cap:
Buy-In: 2000m Row

Partner 1: Row
Partner 2:
15 Sit-ups
10 Dumbbell Push Press
10 Squats

* Switch when Partner 2 completes one round.
* If completed before 12 minutes, do 30s on, 30s off plank hold.

4 Rounds of 45 Seconds On, 15 Seconds Off:
Box Jumps
Slamball
Hand Release Push-ups
Turf Width Runs
