• 30 Hang Power Cleans (#135/95) 
• 60 Calorie Row
• Rest 2 Minutes

Part 2
Team of 3
AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
• 60 Calorie Airdyne
• Rest 1 Minute


Bootcamp

18 Minutes:
5 Pull-ups or Ring Rows
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
* Every 2 rounds: Run 6 Turf Lengths (200m)

Rest 1 minute

Run 2 Minutes for Max Turf Lengths

Rest 2 minutes

8 Minutes:
Partner 1: Farmer's Carry Down & Back on Turf
Partner 2: Bike Abs
