Tabata Row Rest 1 Minute Tabata Squat Rest 1 Minute Tabata Pull-ups Rest 1 Minute Tabata Push-ups Rest 1 Minute Tabata Sit-ups
*Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds “on,” 10 seconds “off.” Repeat 8 times per exercise. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Total all 5 Tabata scores together at the end.

5 Supersets Of: • 5 Bench Press • 5 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
