Take 10-15 minutes to complete the 5 sets. Choose your own weight based on how you feel.

Conditioning 5 Rounds For Total Time: • 3 Handstand Push-ups (Push Press @95/65 for Scaled; Deficit HSPU for Rx+) • 6 Toes to Bar • 3 Handstand Push-ups • 12 Pull-ups
