Jerk Dip Squat [Video] Complete 3 sets of 3 Jerk Dip Squat at 110% of your Clean/Jerk Complex.

Conditioning AMRAP in 7 Minutes: • 7 DB Thrusters (#35/20 Rx; #50/35 Rx+) • 14 Pull-ups
