MONDAY Strength Snatch [YouTube] EMOM for 6 Minutes: 1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat If form is great, increase weight as you go.

Conditioning 7 Rounds For Time: • 11 Front Squats (#95/65 Rx; #115/75 Rx+) • 10 Push Jerks

Optional Post-Workout Gymnastics: 5 sets of 10 C2B Pull-ups for total time. Rest as little as possible.
