Weekend Craziness continues!

This Monday, February 4, we will host Dan, a physical therapist at Amplify, from 4:30pm until 7:30pm. Come meet Dan and get evaluated if you are in need of mobility or muscle imbalance.

SATURDAY Conditioning 5 Rounds in 3 Minutes: • Row 250 meters OR Turf Run Down & Back x2 • Max Effort Clean & Jerks (Ground to Overhead) (#135/95

*Each round will be 3 minutes in length.  Rest 1 minute in between rounds. Complete the row or run, then AMRAP C&J in the remainder of time each round.
