THURSDAY Strength Power Snatch [wmv][mov]; Overhead Squat [wmv][mov]; Snatch [wmv][mov]
Every 45 seconds for 6 sets perform: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Snatch (full squat) This is more technique work; use light to medium weight.
THEN attempt 3 heavy Squat Snatch reps.
Conditioning 3 Rounds For Time: • 2 x Down Back Turf Runs • 25 Pull-ups • 2 x Down Back Turf Runs • 25 Front Squats (#115/75)
