Major work to be done Tuesday. Bring your big boy/big girl pants.

Amplify's "12 Days of Christmas." Each day leading up to Christmas we will post a 1 minute exercise challenge on our Facebook Page, to be completed for fun either at the gym or at home. Post scores to comments on the daily Facebook post. Each challenge will be max reps in 1 minute. Great for a "cash out" post-wod, or else at the house or on your own at any time throughout the day.

TUESDAY Strength Deadlift [wmv][mov] Perform 4 cycles of 10 Deadlifts. Reps are to be completed within one minute. Rest 1 minute between each cycle.

Conditioning Max Handstand Push-ups or Handstand Holds in 1 minute

3 Rounds Of: • 30 Double Unders • 12 Thrusters (#75/55)

Rest 30 Seconds

Perform same amount of HSPU or HS Holds from your first minute

Rest 30 Seconds

3 Rounds Of: • 30 Double Unders • 12 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35)
