Monday action includes Jerks and Tabata!  Make it count.

Amplify's "12 Days of Christmas." Each day leading up to Christmas we will post a 1 minute exercise challenge on our Facebook Page, to be completed for fun either at the gym or at home.  Post scores to comments on the daily Facebook post. Each challenge will be max reps in 1 minute.  Don't worry, it won't work like the song-- only ONE exercise per day.  Great for a "cash out" post-wod, or else at the house or on your own at any time throughout the day.

MONDAY Strength Push Jerk [wmv][mov]; Split Jerk [wmv][mov] 2 Push Jerks + 1 Split Jerk @ #135/95 every 40 seconds for 6 minutes.

Conditioning "Tabata This"

Tabata Row Rest 1 minute Tabata Squat Rest 1 minute Tabata Pull-up Rest 1 minute Tabata Push-up Rest 1 minute Tabata Sit-up

*Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds “on,” 10 seconds “off.” Repeat 8 times per exercise. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is "calories".
