Early Thanks! Lets get together next Wednesday night , November 21, and celebrate how thankful we are for our new space. The Smiths will bring bacon-wrapped dates and beer. BYOB or anything else you'd like while we hang out. The giving of thanks will start at 7:30pm (no Oly class). Hope to see you here!

MONDAY Mobility 10 minutes of shoulder movement.
Conditioning AMRAP in 12 minutes: • 10 Medicine Ball Cleans (#20/10) • 12 Dumbbell Push Press (#45/25) • 30 Plank Holds
Post-Workout
AMRAP in 8 minutes of 35yard sled push sprints.
Men add 75lb to the sled, women add 35lb.
* Losing teams need to complete 20 burpees immediately after the AMRAP.
