SATURDAY Conditioning 4 Rounds of Max Reps in 1 Minute Each: • Front Squats • Pull-ups • Handstand Holds • Kettlebell Swings • Up-Downs • Rest
* In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athletes must move to next station immediately for good score. Count reps for each exercise, each round.
* KB Swings will be Russian, Handstand Holds will accumulate 1 "point" for each second held in lockout, and Up-Downs are like Burpees without the push-up. Other questions? Get to the gym to learn more.
