Deadlifts and Cleans. Not bad, Thursday... not bad at all.

CROSSFIT SOCIAL, 10/6 Friends from CrossFit Hustle have planned another road trip. They’re visiting all the way from Erlanger, Kentucky, and are hitting up 6 affiliates in 2 days. Our job is to celebrate their arrival with the Amplify Family and any area CrossFit gyms/friends.

THURSDAY Mobility 5 minutes of front rack/receiving position mobility

Strength Deadlift [wmv][mov] 10 minutes to find a 5 rep "touch and go" deadlift.

Conditioning 6 Rounds For Time: • 15 Unbroken Tuck Jumps • 5 Unbroken Power Cleans (#155/105)

* Penalty: 5 burpees for any time you stop during an unbroken attempt. To be completed after the workout.
