Back to work Monday!!!

TOMORROW, TUESDAY, 9/25 Reebok is hosting a free workout downtown Naperville at 6pm.  Amplify will be closed that evening to support this cause.   Besides a WOD, there will be giveaways and more in conjuction with the Naperville Running Company.  Come join the crew and represent Amp!

6pm—Arrive at Central Park in Naperville 6:15pm—Warm Up 6:30-6:50pm—WOD #1 7-7:20pm – WOD #2 7:30pm—Shopping Experience at Naperville Running Company 8pm-11:00pm—CrossFit Games Viewing Party at Jimmy's Grill

CROSSFIT SOCIAL, 10/6 Friends from CrossFit Hustle have planned another road trip.  They’re visiting all the way from Erlanger, Kentucky, and are hitting up 6 affiliates in 2 days.  Our job is to celebrate their arrival with the Amplify Family and any area CrossFit gyms/friends.

BARBELLS FOR BOOBS, 10/13

Come and join us at CrossFit Glen Ellyn as we do Amazing "Grace" – 30 clean and jerks for time (#135/95).

The weight and workout can be modified for all ability levels. The important part is to have fun and raise money for a good cause. Help us raise $1000 as an Amplify group.  Go to the Amplify fundraising page here!

MONDAY Strength Clean & Jerk [wmv][mov] 5 sets of touch-and-go Clean & Jerks.

Conditioning For time: "Tabata" • Ground to Overhead (#45/25 plate) • Burpees • Sit-ups • Sprint 10 meters

*Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds “on,” 10 seconds “off.” Repeat 8 times. Complete all 8 cycles of G2OH before moving to Burpees, etc. Work for maximum reps each burst, as well as max reps per exercise, and record total reps per exercise and on the WOD.
