SATURDAY Team Workout In teams of two, complete 4 rounds for time: • 10 Deadlifts (#225/135) • 30 Kettlebell Snatch (15 each arm, #55/35) • 20 Burpees
After the last round rest 1 minute, then run 1 mile.
* Only one partner can be moving at a time, but each partner does the above reps. Move on to the next exercise together. (For instance, perform 10 deadlifts each, then move on to KB snatch, etc.)
Get in good position and set yourself.
