Conditioning 4 Rounds For Total Time: • 5 Power Snatch (#115/75) • 10 Barbell Step-ups (20" box , 115/75) • 15 Lateral Burpees
*Every 3 minutes, beginning on the 3rd minute, no matter where the athlete is in the WOD, the barbell must be held overhead (using snatch grip) for 30 straight seconds. If the barbell is dropped at any time during the 30 seconds, there is a 15 burpee penalty after the WOD. You're welcome.
