Weekends rule.  Especially weekends that start with an Amplify Team WOD.

SATURDAY Team Workout In teams of two, complete 2 rounds for time: • 2 Sled Pushes @ 50 meters • 25 Toes to Bar • 25 Kettlebell Swings (#70/45) • 20 Alternating Jumping Lunges

After the second round run 800 meters together.

*Each partner performs the exercises and reps.  Only one person can work at a time.
