Friday WOD, then our grill out/hang out at night!  Come celebrate!!

Our Nutrition Challenge comes to a close at the end of this week. Those members involved have worked hard at eating clean for 6 weeks. We have retested our strength and conditioning portions of the challenge, had measurements taken, and will cap everything off with a BBQ at the gym on Friday night!
