Then 2 Rounds of: • Run 200m Backwards • 200 Double Unders • 20 Deadlifts (#185/105)
Then 2 Rounds of: • Run 400m • 40 Burpees • 20 Deadlifts (#185/105)
*Parthers will complete all runs together. Other exercises/rep numbers can be split however you decide, but must be completed in order with only one person working at a time.
