Strength Beginners: Pull-up technique, assistance band 3x10.  Then kipping practice. Experienced: Weighted Pull-ups  1-1-1-1-1-1-1.  Then 1 set of max kipping pull-ups.

Conditioning “Isabel” 30 Snatches for time (#135/95) (Ground to overhead in snatch grip)
