FRIDAY Strength Deadlift [mpg] 5x5 tempo deadlifts, medium to heavy BUT without form breaking down. Tempo should be 3 counts from floor to the knees, explode past knees driving hips to the bar. 3 count back to the floor. Concentrate on keeping legs loaded, NOT the back. Maintain vertical shins.
