Murph For Miller!

We are open Saturday morning for our 10am. Join us either at Amplify or at CrossFit Tri-Cities for Murph For Miller!

SATURDAY "Murph" Run 1 mile 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Squats Run 1 mile

*Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats anyway you like. Start and end with a 1 mile run.

Murph is a CrossFit workout named in honor of Navy SEAL LT Michael Murphy, who was killed in action and then received the Medal of Honor. This is his honorary workout.
