Cleans, cleans, and more cleans.  Bang 'em out.

TUESDAY Strength Cleans [wmv][mov] Take 15 minutes to establish a heavy 3 position snatch (high-hang, hang, full). These can be either power or squat cleans.

Conditioning AMRAP in 12 minutes: • 3 Power Cleans @ 80% of 1repmax • 20 Hand-Release Push-ups • 50 Double Unders
