The weekend!  Raise your hand if you're in.

SATURDAY Conditioning Row 2000 meters for time Complete as many push-ups as possible in the same time as your 2000m row. Run 1 mile

* Take no rest in between movements; complete the row then immediately go into push-ups and finally into your run.
