SATURDAY Conditioning 10 Minute AMRAP: 2 Minutes of Thrusters 2 Minutes of Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 2 Minutes of Push Presses 2 Minutes of Hang Power Cleans 2 Minutes of Front Squats
*Before each of the 5 exercises the participant will complete 5 Burpees. The Burpees will be included in the 2 minutes given for each exercise. Your score will be total repetitions of all exercises.
