Strength
Press! Get weight overhead with a barbell or dumbbells.
Get as heavy as you can for 3 reps.
Conditioning
3 Rounds Of:
• 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups (Scaled: 20 Push-ups)
• 20 Hang Clean & Jerks (Bar, Dumbbells, Etc.)
• 40 Air Squats
• Run 400 meters (600m for Rx+)
