To celebrate, please join in on our weekly challenge.
This will be a short AMRAP or funny challenge in addition to our daily workout.
Announced on Thursday, to be completed any time Thursday or Friday.
Post a social media selfie with your Amp gear for extra credit. ;)

AMRAP in 2 Minutes:
Shuffle Lunge Jacks

1 rep = 5 Side Shuffles + 3 Jumping Lunges + 1 Jumping Jack

Can you Oly Lift? Clean or Snatch! Put together sets of 3-5.

Conditoning
AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
• Run 200 meters
• 8 Overhead Squats
• 16 Hand Release Push-ups

* Increase OHS and Push-ups by 2 reps each round. OHS can be open bar, broomstick, jumprope… whatever you have. Even positioning work will help.
