Can you Floor Press? Put together a whole bunch of sets.
Conditioning
A)
Death By Squats (Choose Air Squat or Weighted)
1 Squat the first minute, 2 Squats the second, 3 the third...
Perform the number of reps; rest any remainder of each minute.
Continue as long as you can. Stop if you get through minute 20. (That’s 210 reps!)
B)
AMRAP in 8 Minutes:
• 8 Hang Power Cleans
• 16 Overhead Sit-ups
C)
In any way you choose:
100 Grasshoppers
100 Russian Twists
