3 minutes per station, 1 minute rest in between stations.
Station 1:
• 1 Partner: 1 Down & Back Turf Width Sled Push
• 5 Burpees Each
Station 2:
• 1 Partner: Bike 10 Calories
• 10 Kettlebell Swings Each
Station 3:
• 1 Partner: 5 D-ball to Shoulder
• 5 Toes to Bar Each
Station 4:
• 1 Partner: 1 Rope Climb or 20sec Battle Rope
• 5 Goblet Squats Each
