EMOM for 12 Minutes:
• Minute 1: Partner 1 Ski Erg, Partner 2 Sled Push
• Minute 2: Switch
• Minute 3: Each Partner 6 Pull-ups + 12 Hang KB/DB Snatch

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 4 Minutes:
• 4 Down & Back Turf Width Shuttle Runs
• 20 MedBall Squat Tosses

Rest 2 Minutes

EMOM for 12 Minutes:
• Minute 1: Partner 1 Airdyne, Partner 2 Double Unders
• Minute 2: Switch
• Minute 3: Each Partner 6 V-ups + 12 KB/DB Push Press
