Complete the WOD like the classic Xmas song—
Finish 1 Burpee, then complete 2 Tuck Jumps and 1 Burpee. Move on to 3 Push-ups, 2 Tuck Jumps, 1 Burpee… etc. ENJOY, and Merry Christmas!

4 Power Snatch
5 Back Squat
6 Toes to Bar
7 Hang Power Clean

11 Box Jump Overs (24”/20”)
12 Man Makers

Complete the WOD like the classic Xmas song—
