Take 15 minutes to find a heavy 1rep Back Squat.
Conditioning
AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
• 35 Double Unders
• 7 Hang Power Cleans (#115/80)
• 4 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Then immediately…
Take 3 minutes to establish a heavy 1rep Squat Clean.
Optional Additional Work
Take 6 minutes to practice Handstand Walks or Handstand Push-ups.
