Starting this week, Sunday CrossFit class is now at 9am.
10am will hold an Open Gym hour, as well as a Summer Running Club workout!

Conditioning
With a 20 Minute Time Cap:
50 Wall Ball Shots
50 Toes to Bar
50 Kettlebell Swings
50 Handstand Push-ups
Every minute on the minute, perform 5 Burpees.
Running WOD
Out & Back
10 minutes out at 75%, then return route at 85%.
Should be faster back by ~1 minute.
Strides
5 x 100m for form and efficiency.
Grass terrain will be used.
