Complete 2 Rounds:
Partner A – Run 6 Turf Lengths
Partner B – Max Pull-ups during Partner A’s run
Transition in 30 seconds, then switch roles
Rest 1 Minute
Partner A – Run 6 Turf Lengths
Partner B – Max Burpees during Partner B’s run
Transition in 30 seconds, then switch roles
Rest 1 Minute
Partner A – Run 6 Turf Lengths
Partner B – Max Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) during Partner B’s run
Transition in 30 seconds, then switch roles
Rest 1 Minute
Partner A - Run 6 Turf Lengths
Partner B - Max Shoulder to Overhead (#95/65)
Transition in 30 seconds, then switch roles
Rest 3 minutes in between rounds.
*In Round 2, switch who goes first. Partner A becomes Partner B, and Partner B becomes Partner A.
*Your score is the total number of reps you perform over 2 rounds. Today's goal is to BEAT YOUR PARTNER... the faster you run, the lower your partner’s score can be.
Optional Additional Work
For Time: 50 Push-ups + 50 Sit-ups
