Bootcamp

Part 1
In 15 Minutes:
Walking Lunges, Turf Length Down & Back
Then AMRAP:
• 20 Plank Push-ups
• 20 Box jumps
• 20 V-ups
• Run 4 Turf Lengths

Part 2
In 15 Minutes:
Bear Crawl, Turf Length Down & Back
Then AMRAP:
• 20 Dumbbell Thursters
• 20 Pull-ups/Ring Rows
• 20 Plank Leg Lifts
• Run 4 Turf Lengths
