Conditioning AMRAP in 15 Minutes: • 10 Push Press (#95/65 Rx; HSPU for Rx+) • 15 Front Rack Walking Lunges (#95/65 Rx; #115/80 Rx+) • 10 Toes to Bar • Run 200 meters
