Conditioning AMRAP in 10 Minutes: • 8 Hang Power Cleans (#135/95, #165/115, #185/125, #205/135) • 8 Lateral Barbell Burpees • 30 Double Unders • 6 Hang Power Cleans • 6 Lateral Barbell Burpees • 30 Double Unders • 4 Hang Power Cleans • 4 Lateral Barbell Burpees • 30 Double Unders • 2 Hang Power Cleans • 2 Lateral Barbell Burpees • 30 Double Unders

*After completing the 2’s and 30 Double Unders, athlete must start from the beginning with increased weight.
