Conditioning 4 Rounds: Within 4 minutes complete the following reps: 15 Box Jumps (24"/20") 10 Hang Power Cleans (#135/95) 15 Calorie Row 10 Shoulder to Overhead (#135/95)

* Rest any time remaining in each 4 minute segment. Start at the Box Jumps each new round.
