Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes perform 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk. Build to the heaviest complex over the 8 sets.

Conditioning 4 Rounds: Within 4 Minutes Complete: • 10 Power Cleans (#135/95 Rx; #155/105 Rx+) • 10 Shoulder to Overhead (#135/95 Rx; #155/105 Rx+) • 50 Double Unders (75 for Rx+)
