Tuesday Conditioning!

TUESDAY Conditioning Part 1 3 Rounds For Time: • 30 Wall Ball Shots (#20/14) • 20 Toes to Bar • 15 Push Jerks (#115/75)

Part 2 5 Sets of 30 Calorie Row Rest 2 minutes between each set.
