Tuesday Pause Squats and a nice 3 Rounder!

TUESDAY Strength Front Squat [YouTube] Complete 5 sets of 5 Pause Front Squats @50% of 1repmax. If this is new, go light and focus on the pause position. Pause = 3 seconds in the bottom of the squat and then accelerate to the top.

Conditioning 3 Rounds For Time: • Run 600 meters • 21 Goblet Squats (#55/35) • 21 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35)

Optional Post-Workout EMOM for 4 Minutes: 30 Seconds of Max Flutter Kicks, 30 Seconds of Rest
