Friday: 10am class only.
Saturday-Sunday: normal class schedule.
WEDNESDAY Strength Snatch [wmv][mov] Every 90 seconds for 5 sets complete 3 Snatches. Start light and build up over the 5 sets.
Conditioning AMRAP in 15 Minutes: • Run 4 Turf Lengths • 1 Snatch, Full Squat (#115/75) • 10 Deadlifts (#115/75) • 10 V-ups • Rest 1 minute
