Snatch work then much needed conditioning "fun!"

Announcement: Friday 6:30pm class is cancelled this week. All other classes will run as normal.

WEDNESDAY Strength Power Snatch [wmv][mov] Take 15 minutes to find a heavy 1rep Power Snatch.

Conditioning Every minute for 12 minutes: • Minutes 1-4 - Complete Max Jingle Jangles for 30 seconds, then rest 30 seconds • Minutes 5-8 - Complete max Kettlbell Swings at #70/55 for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds. • Minutes 9-12 - Complete Max Jingle Jangles for 30 seconds, then rest 30 seconds
