WEDNESDAY Strength Front Squat [wmv][mov] Every 45 seconds for 6 sets complete 3 Front Squats @80-85% of 1rep max. Reps are at 0:00 - 0:45 - 1:30 - 2:15 - 3:00 - 3:45.
Condtioning AMRAP in 20 minutes: • Run 400 meters • 12 Front Rack Barbell Step-ups (#95/65, 24"/20") • 12 Lateral Barbell Burpee to Lateral Bupree Box Jump
* One rep = Burpee, Lateral Barbell Jump, Burpee, Lateral Box Jump. Second rep, just reverse the order. Repeat for 12 total reps.
